Coaching
Our summer coaching programme runs, each year, from mid-April to the end of July. All of our coaching team are qualified by the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and have been through the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checking process.
Each age group is allocated a lead coach, qualified to UKCC Level 2, to take their particular practice session. The coach will work alongside the age group manager to ensure sessions are relevant and that individual colts are developing week by week.
We place an emphasis on younger age groups enjoying their cricket and don’t push younger players too hard as they learn about the game.
